Human Resources Director
LHH is looking for a HR Director for one of our clients, a NYC Non Profit organization. This person will oversee HR operations for the entire 300+ person organization. The HR department is broken down in three departments; Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and Development and Payroll and Benefits. This position will be starting on a temp to perm basis and compensated between $48-58/hr
Responsibilities

Plan, strategize and create new employee policies and procedures

Mediate and resolve all employee relation issues alongside department

Performance management reviews with managers

Assist with annual compensation analysis of the organization's wage and salary program

Supervise HR team as well as Operations support.

Assist with renewal of the company benefits policy each year, inform employees, and oversee all administrative related changes

Prepare, distribute, and analyze various reports from HRIS
Requirements
-
Experience supporting an organization through change management

Comfortable working directly in all aspects of HR

Hands on experience within Benefits, HRIS, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations

Creative approach to assisting with strategy and implementation
Pay Details: $48.00 to $58.00 per hour
