Responsibilities:
• Handle and resolve complex customer transactions with a focus on accuracy and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Perform data entry and transactional functions to support business operations and team member requests.
• Maintain and ensure the integrity of data across various processes and systems.
• Identify opportunities to enhance platform usage and collaborate with account managers to implement solutions.
• Generate and analyze data quality reports, providing actionable insights to improve business processes.
• Work closely with internal teams to optimize workflows and improve overall efficiency.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to team members.
• Effectively address platform-related inquiries with speed, tact, and professionalism.
• Analyze data to identify trends and deliver meaningful insights to stakeholders.• Minimum of a two-year college degree or equivalent experience; high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience also acceptable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience in customer service and effective communication techniques.
• Ability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights to drive decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of business process optimization and data quality management.
• Familiarity with handling transactional operations and maintaining data integrity.
