We are currently looking for a Senior Associate, Investor Relations to join our team.
Compensation:
Expected Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 USD
What you can expect in this role:
The Senior Associate, Investor Relations, will be a key liaison between Bitfarms and its investors, managing communications and coordinating investor engagement activities. The role requires a blend of strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of capital markets. The role reports directly to the Director of Investor Relations with close interaction with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
More specifically, here are some of the key responsibilities:
- Assist with the execution of a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with Bitfarms financial and operational goals.
- Serve as a key contact for the investment community, maintaining strong relationships with analysts and investors.
- Represent the company in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows to promote Bitfarms investment thesis.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of quarterly earnings releases, management scripts, Q&A documents, and related materials.
- Craft and refine investor-facing presentations, including key messages for quarterly calls, annual meetings, and investor events.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial disclosures and proactively address investor concerns.
- Support the development of key messaging in company press releases, SEC filings, annual reports, and proxy statements.
- Manage the annual investor relations calendar, assisting with the coordination of all earnings calls, analyst days, non-deal roadshows, and conferences.
- Monitor peer company disclosures, investor sentiment, and capital market trends to provide insights to senior leadership.
- Track Bitfarms' stock activity, trading trends, and institutional shareholder data using financial tools and databases.
- Manage the company's investor relations website and ensure timely updates and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee maintenance of the investor database, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
- Benchmark industry best practices to evolve IR content, transparency, and disclosures.
Here's the profile we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree required; degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Investor Relations or related capital markets roles preferred.

Experience working with publicly listed companies.

Proven experience working directly with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial data into clear messaging.

High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint are critical) and experience with CRM systems and financial databases like Bloomberg or FactSet.

Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate investor questions and concerns.

Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.

Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities.
