Job Description

The Marketing Liaison will build relationships with local businesses, wellness professionals, and community members to increase brand awareness and client bookings. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible hours — ideal for someone looking for a side hustle with a background in sales.

Responsibilities

Promote Refusionate services to gyms, salons, spas, event planners, surgeons, and wellness professionals.
Build referral networks and secure partnerships.
Drive new client bookings for IV hydration, body contouring packages, and wellness memberships.

Compensation

IV Clients: $25–$50 per IV booked.
IV Packages/Memberships: $50–$150 per package (depending on size/length).
Body Contouring Packages: $100–$200 per client package booked.
Commission Growth: As company clientele increases, your commission percentage increases too.
Monthly Bonus: $200+ performance bonus for hitting goals.
Flexible Hours: Work on your own schedule.
Wellness Perks: Free/discounted IV drips, vitamin shots and other medspa services.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; degree in marketing, business, or health/wellness field.
Current college students in business or marketing are welcome.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills; comfortable engaging with new people.
Background in sales, marketing, brand ambassadorship, or community outreach preferred.
Knowledge or genuine interest in health, beauty, fitness, or wellness industries.
Self-motivated, reliable, and professional in appearance and communication.
Must have reliable transportation for local outreach.
Social media savvy (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) is a plus.

Reliable and professional, with own transportation.
Must be able to attend weekly zoom meetings. (Flexible scheduling for zoom meetings)
This is a fully remote position!
