A leading upscale food concept is seeking a Sous Chef with strong commissary experience to join its Bronx distribution center. This role is essential to supporting large‐scale culinary operations that serve multiple retail locations.
With over 190 team members in the Bronx commissary and 350 employees across the distribution center, this position requires a hands‐on leader who thrives in high‐volume environments and can ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and team collaboration.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role
- Commissary production experience is required
- Ability to manage large teams and coordinate across multiple shifts
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $85,000–$100,000
