• Role is 100% onsite (not remote or hybrid) - Location is downtown NYC/Manhattan area
• Experience supporting a DSS/EUC environment is highly preferred
• Experience in a Managed Serviced Provider (MSP) environment is highly preferred
• Experience in the Financial Services Sector is preferred

• Resource Management:

  Oversees the allocation and utilization of resources, including budget, personnel, and technology.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Communicates with stakeholders, manages expectations, and ensures buy-in for the program's objectives.

• Risk Management:

  Identifies and manages risks associated with the program, ensuring it stays on track and within budget.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Tracks program progress, identifies areas for improvement, and reports on the program's effectiveness using KPIs.

• Communication:

  Facilitates communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.

• Planning and Strategy:

  Develops and implements IT program plans, ensuring they align with organizational goals and IT strategies.

• Project Coordination:

  Manages multiple projects within the program, ensuring they are aligned and progress towards the overall program objectives.
