Our client is a leading corporate finance advisory firm offering services across Transaction Advisory, Investment Banking, and Transaction Opinions. The TAS practice includes ~200 professionals and is known for its deep expertise in FDD and collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
Job Summary
As Managing Director, you will be responsible for originating and executing TAS engagements, primarily focused on FDD. You'll work closely with private equity clients and strategic buyers, supported by a strong junior team and infrastructure. This is a performance-driven role with significant upside for entrepreneurial professionals.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Financial Due Diligence
- Proven ability to generate $3M+ in annual revenue
- Strong relationships with private equity firms and referral sources
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Cultural fit with a team that values excellence, collaboration, and integrity
Requirements
- Historical revenue performance (3-5 years)
- Revenue breakdown by service line and industry
- Clear sourcing strategy: PE relationships, hunting efforts, referrals
- Existing book of business
- Willingness to engage in a selective, multi-step hiring process
Salary
- Base Salary: $250K-$400K
