About the Role:
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle inquiries, provide support, and ensure every interaction reflects the professionalism and care we’re known for. If you enjoy problem-solving and making people’s day better, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally

  • Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and general concerns

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in our customer support system

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer experiences

  • Stay informed about company products, policies, and promotions

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Basic computer skills and comfort using support platforms (training provided)

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
