Bridor, a global leader in frozen artisan bakery and pastry, specializing in frozen laminated dough, par-baked, and fully baked products—all shipped frozen, is looking for a Junior Key Account Manager to grow our Northeast retail market within In-Store Bakery and Deli departments.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
- Collaborate with the Northeast Sales Director to set ambitious goals and craft tailored plans targeting key retail accounts.
- Drive New Business Growth
- Identify and develop new accounts across retail and club store channels. Lead and energize our broker network to meet sales objectives.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships
- Act as a trusted partner to corporate headquarters direct buyers in Bakery or Deli within Retail by delivering strategic solutions that fuel category growth.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Work with Marketing, R&D, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service to meet customer needs and ensure smooth new product launches.
- Monitor Sales and Market Trends
- Track performance against goals, analyze data, and provide insights. Adapt strategies based on market and customer feedback.
- Represent Bridor at Industry Events
- Attend trade shows, product demos, and other events to boost brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Strong Relationship Builder: Experience engaging corporate headquarters direct buyers in Bakery or Deli within Retail, as well as working effectively with brokers.
- Relevant Sales Experience: 4 to 7 years B2B sales success in CPG related to retail In-Store Bakery or Deli sectors; retail bakery experience strongly preferred.
- Stable & Progressive Career: A track record of steady career growth with a desire to advance your retail bakery sales expertise.
- Well Organized & Persistent: You enjoy making things happen, following through on plans, and driving results.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate market intelligence into actionable, effective sales plans.
- Excellent Communicator: Skilled at influencing, negotiating, and connecting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-Motivated: Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
- Travel Ready: Willing and able to travel across the Northeast U.S.; must live near a major airport.
- Education & Language: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Fluent English required; French a plus.
