We're hiring a Customer Success Manager!

We're growing—and we’re looking for a mission-driven Customer Success Manager to join us.


At Health Care Originals,, we’re transforming chronic care with connected technology that empowers patients and delivers measurable outcomes for payers, providers, and communities. As we expand with new contracts, our success depends on helping our partners succeed.


What you’ll do:


  • Lead onboarding, training, and implementation for new clients
  • Build strong relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders
  • Track adoption and drive measurable value across each account
  • Serve as the voice of the customer across product and internal teams
  • Support renewals and growth opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers


What we’re looking for:


  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management (preferably in healthcare or digital health)
  • Experience working with payers, employers, providers, or public sector health programs
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
  • A passion for health equity and outcome-driven care


✅ Bonus if you bring:

  • Familiarity with school-based care, asthma/COPD, or are a Respiratory Therapist
  • Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicaid, or value-based care models
