The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our global sales strategy, execution, and team performance. This role will own revenue targets, implement best-in-class solution selling methodologies, and work cross-functionally to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Supply Wisdoms sales strategy, processes, and revenue targets while aligning team and individual goals to business growth objectives.
  • Champion methodical and data-based sales solutions to create optimal outcomes for Supply Wisdom and clients.
  • Oversee multi-channel sales organization with responsibility for new clients, partnership opportunities, and expansions of existing accounts.
  • Partner Marketing on lead generation and brand building as well as Product to provide market insights for future product enhancements.
  • Stay ahead of GRC, TPRM, and supply chain risk trends; analyze competitive intelligence; and translate client pain points into actionable sales opportunities.
  • Establish disciplined sales protocols for prospecting, proposals, pipeline management, and CRM documentation to ensure consistency and accountability.
  • Provide regular coaching, training, and mentorship to strengthen product knowledge, objection handling, and overall sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS solutions for risk management, procurement, or sourcing.
  • Proven expertise in solution selling and insight selling methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of GRC, TPRM, or supply chain risk management.
  • Demonstrated success leading sales teams in the BFSI sector.
  • Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM (HubSpot) platforms and account management tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling high-performance sales teams.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $175,000$225,000 (commensurate with experience).
  • On Target Earnings: $350,000-$450,000
  • Stock options (subject to board approval).
