Adecco has an opportunity for an Entry Level – Procurement Analyst in Bethpage, NY We are looking for friendly, reliable, responsible individuals to work in an Office environment. Hourly Pay rate of $23.00 HR. (6-month Contract to start (could extend), 40 hours a week).
Responsibilities
The Entry Level – Procurement Analyst will Communicating on Clients behalf with Vendors, Review and validate of Purchase Orders/PO execution from placement to receipt. Invoice Reviewing via Oracle system. Reviewing requisitions and turning them into purchase orders.
Job Description

Generate and manage purchase orders in Oracle system, ensuring accuracy, approval compliance, and alignment with procurement requirements.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing for purchased goods.

Analyze purchase trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement strategies.

Resolve vendor issues related to delivery, pricing, and quality by collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Maintain procurement records and supplier data to ensure transparency, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy.

Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.

Support sourcing initiatives by evaluating vendor proposals and recommending optimal suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery terms.

Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain team to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all procurement activities and decisions.
Requirements

Degree in Administration, Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

Analytical skills with excellent verbal and communications skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong business relationships with internal customers and vendors.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and to perform well under pressure while managing multiple projects and tasks.

Exhibits strong ethics and integrity, with the ability to uphold the highest level of professional and organizational standards.

Proficiency in Office 365, particularly MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
