Salary: $70,000/year plus commission

Primary Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly to fire and water emergencies to secure jobs
  
• Outside sales - the majority of this role is new business development
• Use a systematic approach to identify and cultivate new business prospects
• Build and maintain relationships with key contacts including facilities managers, property managers, C-level executives, and other commercial facility professionals
• Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and educate clients on the benefits of emergency preparation
• Participate in and promote marketing, networking, and continuing education events, including industry association meetings
• Exceed assigned sales quotas by executing the sales cycle effectively

Position Requirements:

• Confident personality with the ability to build trust and offer Servpro services in high-pressure situations
  
• Competitive nature with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• CRM experience preferred

Work Schedule and Travel:

• This is a full-time position. The schedule is 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, however candidates need to have the flexibility to respond to fire and water emergencies outside of those hours.
• Local travel may be up to 90%, primarily during the business day. Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be necessary, particularly during storm damage responses in other states.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• Evenings as needed
• Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:

• Regular local travel to cover Albany, NY territory
• Occasional overnight travel for storm and large loss events
