My client has an immediate opening in their AP department. The ideal candidate can interview and start right away.
Requirements
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the full AP cycle
- Strong data entry skills and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
Responsibilities
- Process AP invoices accurately and on time
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare AP-related journal entries
- Maintain accurate AP records
- Collaborate with internal teams on AP issues
