IMMEDIATE - Accounts Payable Coordinator – Fort Lauderdale

My client has an immediate opening in their AP department. The ideal candidate can interview and start right away.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of accounts payable experience
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the full AP cycle
  • Strong data entry skills and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word

Responsibilities

  • Process AP invoices accurately and on time
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare AP-related journal entries
  • Maintain accurate AP records
  • Collaborate with internal teams on AP issues
