Account Executive – Midwest Public Safety Territory
Location: Midwest U.S. (Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho)

This is a high-impact sales opportunity for a mission-driven professional with deep ties to the public safety sector. You'll represent cutting-edge technology solutions to law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies across a well-established Midwest territory. Ideal for someone who understands the hierarchy, procurement cycles, and operational needs of public safety organizations — and thrives on building trust through boots-on-the-ground engagement.
What You’ll Sell
• Body-worn and in-vehicle cameras
• Rugged laptops, tablets, and mobile data terminals
• Drone-based surveillance and situational awareness tools
• License plate recognition systems
• Public safety technology that competes directly with Axon, Motorola, and Panasonic Solutions
What You’ll Do
• Own and grow a $4–5M territory with 2,500+ agency customers nationwide
• Build relationships with law enforcement, fire, and EMS leaders across the Midwest
• Conduct in-person demos, ride-alongs, and on-site consultations
Who You Are
• Experienced in sales, ideally with a public sector or first responder background
• Former police, fire, EMS, or military service strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of public safety command structures and operational workflows
• Comfortable with extensive travel and autonomous territory management
• Brings an existing book of business or strong regional network
Compensation & Perks
• Base Salary: $70K–$90K
• Commission: Based on gross profit with accelerators post-quota; large deals can yield up to 40% commission
• Vehicle Program: Demo vehicle or stipend + mileage reimbursement
