A Week in the Life
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll work cross-functionally to shape and execute the roadmap for PartnerCentric's FUSE Product Suite and emerging technologies. You will play a critical role in translating client needs and internal insights into scalable solutions.
Your week might look like:
- Monday: Lead the team stand-up, refine sprint priorities, and assess product feedback from clients and account teams.
- Tuesday: Review analytics from recently launched features and meet with the sales team to align on product positioning for an enterprise prospect.
- Wednesday: Collaborate with marketing to draft go-to-market messaging and work with developers to troubleshoot edge-case issues.
- Thursday: Conduct an enablement session with account managers on how new features support client performance and growth.
- Friday: Finalize feature specs for the next sprint, review success metrics, and sync with leadership on product strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Execution
- Refine and maintain the product roadmap for the FUSE Suite and supporting proprietary tools.
- Align roadmap with client pain points, strategic objectives, and market opportunity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between internal teams (client services, sales, engineering, data & insights) to translate business needs into product requirements.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from clients, partners, and users to drive iterative improvements.
AI-Forward Product Leadership
- Leverage AI (e.g., LLMs, automation, analytics) as a core enabler of product differentiation, user experience, and internal efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to embed or integrate AI capabilities that drive measurable performance improvements.
Go-to-Market & Commercialization Support
- Partner with marketing and sales to define product positioning, messaging, and packaging.
- Support pricing, packaging, and monetization models in collaboration with business leads.
- Train internal teams on feature value and use cases across affiliate, influencer, and broader partner marketing.
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Define KPIs and track product performance using analytics tools and user feedback.
- Iterate based on usage data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Champion a culture of test-learn-optimize within the product organization.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of product management experience with SaaS, proprietary platforms, or internal tools in a services environment (agency or tech-enabled services).
- Experience in affiliate, influencer, or partner marketing—or a related area of performance marketing, adtech, or martech.
- Familiarity with client-side and publisher-side user journeys, tracking requirements, and performance metrics.
- Strong practical understanding of AI technologies—especially applied to user workflows, internal automation, or personalization.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional development teams (in-house or distributed) across both frontend and backend.
- Clear communicator who can influence and align diverse stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- Metrics-driven with an analytical approach to experimentation, performance tracking, and roadmap prioritization.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
