Your primary responsibilities will include entering data into our systems, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter customer data into the database following established protocols and timelines.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and providing support across various channels.
  • Verify and update existing customer information to ensure records are current and accurate.
  • Generate and maintain reports related to customer data and service interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and enhance customer service

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
