Job Title: Account Manager

Job Location: New York, NY

Role Overview:

As an Account Manager at Client, you'll be the central point of contact for our creator clients,

guiding them through our white-glove product launch process. You'll collaborate closely with

internal fulfillment teams (design, tech, copy, media, and operations) to ensure seamless

execution across every stage of a launch.

You'll manage multiple creator accounts simultaneously, making sure each one hits its

deadlines, milestones, and revenue goals-all while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between creators and internal teams

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of multiple client projects, including launch timelines, creative deliverables, funnel builds, and marketing systems

  • Own client onboarding, expectations management, and weekly check-ins

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with copywriters, designers, funnel experts, and media buyers to ensure high-quality output Track project timelines and ensure key deliverables are completed on time

  • Monitor KPIs, quotas, and performance metrics across your portfolio of accounts

  • Anticipate roadblocks and proactively problem-solve to keep launches on track

  • Provide input on improving internal systems, client experience, and delivery processes

Requirements:

  • • 2-4 years of account or project management experience

  • • Strong background working with influencers, content creators, or personal brands

  • • Demonstrated success managing multiple client accounts or campaigns concurrently

  • • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to execute deliverables

  • • Familiarity with info products, digital course launches, or webinar funnels is a plus

  • • Understanding of inbound and influencer marketing fundamentals

  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • • Highly organized with a proven ability to meet deadlines and hit performance targets

  • • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
