Administrative Assistant – Marketing & Operations
LHH is proud to partner with a long-standing client in the social impact consulting space on an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to support their Marketing, Operations, and Executive teams. This is a great fit for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Business Development (Approx. 50%)

Provide calendar, meeting, and administrative support to the Marketing Director

Maintain marketing documentation, CRM records, media/event lists, and vendor subscriptions

Assist with marketing material production and target list development

Support marketing campaign tracking and data entry
Operations & Executive Support (Approx. 50%)

Serve as receptionist in the NY office, greeting guests and answering calls
-
Provide administrative support to the CEO including scheduling, travel, and expenses

Manage inventory of office/kitchen supplies and coordinate mail/shipping
-
Support planning and logistics for firmwide meetings and internal committees
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant administrative or marketing support experience

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Experience with CRM systems a plus
Schedule & Location:
-
Hybrid schedule: Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote
-
Summer Fridays: Office closes at 1:00 PM between Memorial Day and Labor Day

Based in Midtown Manhattan
Compensation & Benefits:

Starting salary: $65,000/year
