Job Summary:
Regional Coordinator at Fllat will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our co-living communities. Regional Coordinator will be responsible for successful completion of day-to-day operations and maintaining our commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Engagement
- Carry out operational policies and procedures set by city/regional manager to optimize efficiency and resident well-being
- Promote and protect the Fllat brand
- Oversees different buildings in requiring mobility, with no permanent office.
2. Resident Engagement:
- Ensuring that rooms and units are kept in a clean and deficiency free condition, taking steps to rectify if not so
- Monitor and enhance resident satisfaction, promptly addressing concerns and ensuring a positive living experience.
- Visiting properties and quality control of the apartments.
3. Property Management:
- Develop and build positive relationships with residents, tenants, and guests.
- Communicate with reception services to coordinate and plan the allocation of accommodation.
- Get involved in the building and refurbishment of residential accommodation.
4. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of company strategies.
- Effective coordination and good communication with the booking, finance, support and legal departments.
5. Compliance and Safety:
- Inspect the accommodation to ensure that hygiene and health and safety regulations are met, carrying out risk assessments as necessary.
- Ensure the smooth running of accommodation facilities, including the safety and wellbeing of guests, tenants, and residents.
6. Leasing & Room Renting
- Help ensure the successful and timely leasing of all available rooms in your region, working towards Fllat’s target of 100% occupancy
- Assist with lead generation efforts on Facebook Marketplace, schedule and conduct showings and follow ups, follow the direction of the city manager to maintain high occupancy levels
- Reporting responsibilities on showings completed, follow ups sent, feedback received, and bookings achieved to manager
Working Hours: Part-time/full-time
