We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a Private Banking support team at one of our preferred clients. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, ensuring high-quality service across account operations, cash management, and loan servicing. You’ll help manage daily service requests, resolve inquiries, and support key banking functions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Take ownership of client inquiries and assist with daily servicing needs across account maintenance, transactions, and internal banking support.
• Use case management tools to track, prioritize, and resolve tasks in line with service level agreements.
• Foster strong communication and coordination with business, operations, and internal banking teams to deliver a white-glove client experience.
• Review reports and process wire transfers, overdraft approvals, and fund transfer requests (including fee waivers/modifications).
• Perform call-backs to authenticate client transaction requests and confirm account changes.
• Support the KYC process and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory policies.
• Communicate with clients and partners via phone, email, chat, or in-person to manage service requests and follow-ups.
• Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve service issues quickly and effectively.
• Manage communication flow for client instructions, training schedules, internal projects, and updates.
• Participate in internal projects and testing initiatives to enhance data integrity and client satisfaction.
• May occasionally support teller functions as backup in some locations.

Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in the financial services industry or transferable customer service skills.
• Proven passion for delivering high-touch, white-glove customer service.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization abilities.
• A self-starter who demonstrates integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to a supportive, high-performing workplace.
