About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced HR Change Manager to support the US rollout of the Workday Benefits module.

In this key role, you’ll help drive adoption, support new processes and technology, and enable lasting change. You'll work closely with the Global HR Change Lead to manage the people side of this transformation.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans
  • Create key deliverables across communication, training, engagement, resistance management, and sustainment
  • Build relationships and support key stakeholders and business leaders through change
  • Track adoption, monitor success metrics, and adjust plans where needed
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned post-implementation
  • Collaborate closely with the project and HR teams to embed change into the business

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid experience in change management within fast-paced, project-based environments
  • Strong understanding of how people go through change and adopt new ways of working
  • Knowledge of change methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to influence, coach, and support leaders through transformation
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working on technology transformation projects; Workday implementation is a strong plus
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
