Job DescriptionLHH is representing a well-established financial services institution in its search for a Total Rewards Manager. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a forward-thinking HR team and help shape the organization’s compensation and benefits strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs aligned with business goals.

Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive positioning.

Partner with HR and leadership to support performance management and incentive planning.

Serve as a back-up to payroll operations, ensuring continuity and accuracy in payroll processing.

Maintain and optimize the HRIS platform (ADP), ensuring data integrity and supporting reporting needs.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Lead annual compensation review cycles and benefits renewals.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration required

5+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits.

Familiarity with payroll processes and ability to step in as needed.

Hands-on experience with ADP or similar HRIS platforms.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or HR systems.
-
Experience in financial services or a similarly regulated industry is a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
