Role Overview:

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll become a strategic cornerstone of our organization, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to cultivate and grow advertiser relationships that directly amplify revenue and yield for the business. Your role blends strategic vision, execution, and relationship management — empowering you to leverage Moxxi's owned media to enhance client ROAS while optimizing internal yield.

You'll be working with performance-driven clients who run various types of lead generation campaign formats such as CPL, CPC, and CPA, often oriented around daily budgets and tight return benchmarks. You'll be expected to work hand-in-hand with clients who provide real-time disposition feedback, using that data to iteratively improve campaign performance and, critically, ensure profitability for both the advertiser and Moxxi.

You'll take ownership of the advertiser lifecycle, applying your performance marketing expertise to elevate campaigns, craft strategic solutions, and unlock scaled client investment and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

  • Own campaign execution from onboarding to optimization, including API/pixel setup, flow configuration, and internal coordination.
  • Use Moxxi's analytics and ad-serving tools to drive incremental ROI for advertisers and yield for internal media assets.
  • Partner with yield optimization to implement creative and targeting tests to increase conversion, yield, and lead quality.
  • Monitor live campaigns to ensure pacing, performance, and quality KPIs are being met — quickly triaging issues and deploying solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on opportunity analysis and offer scaling strategies.
  • Leverage disposition data from advertisers to optimize lead quality and conversion funnel efficiency, enhancing outcomes for both client and internal monetization.

Advertiser Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of performance marketing advertisers — particularly those operating lead generation campaigns on CPL, CPC, or CPA models — with a focus on retention, spend growth, and ROI improvement.
  • Understand and align with clients who manage toward daily budgets and cost-efficiency, using shared KPIs to inform your strategies.
  • Identify scalable spend opportunities by analyzing disposition feedback and continuously optimizing campaigns to balance advertiser results and Moxxi profitability.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively with clients — offering insight-driven updates, strategy recommendations, and growth plans.
  • Master targeting, creative, and traffic strategies across verticals, identifying patterns that unlock higher quality outcomes and yield.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that supply-side opportunities match advertiser demand and performance goals.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance-based account management (coreg experience a plus).
  • Experience managing advertisers who run various types of campaign formats such as CPL, CPC, and CPA.
  • Strong understanding of optimization levers: targeting, feedback loops, creative testing, disposition analysis, etc.
  • Ability to think critically and act quickly in a fast-paced, data-rich environment.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
  • Passion for performance marketing and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.

Salary Range$140,000—$175,000 USD
