• Document Support: Help insureds with their ID cards, provide insurance certificates, and handle endorsements, ensuring all documents are correct and delivered in a timely manner.
• Bilingual Support: Provide bilingual (Spanish and English) customer service to clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is a must.
• Strong communication skills, with a professional phone manner and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
