Our client is a non-profit. They seek a temp to perm Executive Assistant to the CEO to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize a calendar of appointments, meetings, and events
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents
  • Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compile travel agendas
  • Review internal and external inquiries addressed to the CEO
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and the senior leadership team
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO
  • Approve CEO participation in public speaking events, donor meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Help prepare briefing materials, event logistics, and follow-up communication
  • Submit executive-level presentations, funding proposals, and communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years of executive-level administrative support
  • 3+ years of supporting a CEO, Executive Director, or C-Suite leader
  • Experience in a nonprofit organization and/or mission-driven institution
  • Able to manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • Success in managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Teams, and Office 365
