REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience working within an accounting environment.
- Must be proficient in data entry.
- Must have experience processing vendor payments.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal / communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
- Must have the ability to document organization and present for Project Manager review.
- Previous experience with electronic filing is required.
- Previous experience with lien waivers is required.
- Must have the ability to track labor and material of jobs.
- Candidate should be familiar with insurance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel – intermediate skills) and Sage is required.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies in data.
- Ability to review AIAs and contract knowledge is a plus.
- Construction knowledge is a plus.
