Apartment Community Resident Services Office Coordinator- full time

We are looking for the right person with the following qualities:

  • Strong verbal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Coordinate and manage maintenance repairs and work orders
  • Maintains a positive attitude which supports team performance and productivity.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in busy and stressful situations
  • Ensures accuracy and details on all printed material
  • Greets and answers question, both by phone and in person from prospects and current residents in a professional and positive manor.
  • Able to organize, problem-solve and obtain results
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, supervisors and co-workers
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient in word, excel, outlook and other data base programs- Yardi experience a plus
  • Willing to complete the tasks required including some overtime if needed
  • Understands the importance of punctuality and attendance.
  • Must have a clean NYS driver’s license
