We are a growing security installation company specializing in CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to help keep our projects and office operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing, billing, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations in QuickBooks.
- Schedule installations and service calls; coordinate meetings using Outlook/Teams.
- Handle customer inquiries and vendor communications.
- Maintain employee records, timesheets, and payroll.
- Order supplies/equipment and prepare project documentation/contracts.
- Perform general office tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
- Previous administrative/accounting experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with the security systems or data cabling industry a plus.
- Bilingual is a plus.
