Responsibilities
- Work with Ticketing Director and Manager in creation of discount offers, group sales programming, pricing changes and other event management items.
- Assist with creation and maintenance of Broadway Direct digital lotteries.
- Work on reporting, larger scale data project and data aggregation.
- Manager and monitor promotions, offers, and customer communication language.
- Assist with ticketing-related customer service issues.
- Coordinate department schedules and meetings.
- Organize and maintain file database.
- Assist with other administrative and team tasks as necessary.
Qualities
- Excellent and creative written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Mac proficiency preferred.
- Acute attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage several projects at once is required.
- Proficiency in working independently and self-starting within the context of a collaborative team.
- Passion for Broadway and live events marketing.
