We are recruiting for a Bilingual Client Service Representative. Our client is a non-profit organization in NYC in need customer service professional, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Person must be cordial, have a passion for assisting individuals in need and possess great computer skills.
3-6 months
Hours: 9-5
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and respond to emails in a high-volume environment
- Respond to client inquiries both telephonically and by email
- Help resolve client complaints and follow-up on calls
- Provide clients with product and service information
- Enter new client information into system and update existing client information
- Process requests, forms and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
Requirements:
- Bilingual-English/Spanish
- Call center experience or experienced in answering a high call volume
- Proficiency with computers and data entry
- Ability to commit to a long-term assignment
