Job SummaryClient is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role provides essential support across operational and marketing functions, with a focus on purchase order management, inventory coordination, and content calendar support for multiple brands. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication skills, and adapts proactively to evolving priorities.
Key Responsibilities

1. Manage purchase orders (PO) and procurement processes.
2. Coordinate inventory and shop orders to ensure smooth operations.
3. Facilitate approval processes across relevant teams and stakeholders.
4. Support marketing content and social media activities, including managing the social media content calendar.
5. Assist with ambassador and partner content coordination.
6. Collaborate with the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) team to support campaigns and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

1. Experience managing a brand’s influencer programs, social media platforms, and public relations.
2. Understanding of influencer measurement tools and social media analytics.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
5. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
6. Knowledge of social media and influencer best practices, including legal guidelines.
7. Enthusiastic attitude with flexibility to adapt and pivot based on data insights and brand needs.

1. Passion for beauty influencers and active engagement with social media.
