Description of role:
As an inside sales team member you will help with the growth of our dynamic company. You will be looked upon to bring new perspectives and innovative sales tactics to our company. The primary function of your role will be to call on independent pharmacies, nursing homes, clinics, veterinary hospitals, and all healthcare facilities that purchase generic pharmaceuticals. Through your daily tele-sales efforts to these pharmacies and healthcare facilities, you will be expected to build relationships, open and maintain new accounts, service existing accounts, sell product offerings over the phone and establish repeat orders through the Genetco on-line ordering platform. All leads will be provided to our inside sales team. Our focus is to build a good working relationship with our customers and offer exceptional pricing and customer service.
Tasks:
- Learn about generic pharmaceuticals, our product offering and terminology
- Enjoy talking on the phone and building relationships
- Inform customers of special deals, promotions, new products in the marketplace
- Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
- Must be self motivated, there is great economic success in our uncapped commission structure
- Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up
- Follow up with customers to build repeat orders
Skills and Requirements:
Must be self motivated, driven by an aggressive commission structure!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years' inside sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
- Familiarity with AS400 operating system preferred, but not necessary we will train!
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Proven track record of successful sales experience preferred
Work Schedule:
The work schedule is Monday thru Friday 9:30am-6pm Full Time
No Weekends, No after hours
