We’re looking for a Founding GTM Engineer to join our team and build the connective tissue of our go-to-market engine. This is a high-leverage, builder-first role at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations—designed for someone who thrives on untangling complexity and turning it into seamless automation and scale.

As the GTM Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating, automating, and managing our GTM tools and workflows. From Salesforce to lead scoring, from lifecycle automation to AI-powered workflows—you’ll architect the systems that power our growth.

This role is foundational to scaling our GTM motion and will work directly with leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops.

What You'll Own

  • GTM Systems Architecture: Own and integrate our core GTM stack—Salesforce, marketing automation, lead routing, enrichment, and analytics tools.

  • Workflow Automation: Build and maintain scalable workflows that improve productivity, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive revenue outcomes.

  • Salesforce Admin + Automation: Administer and optimize Salesforce with flows, automations, reporting, and data governance.

  • AI Enablement: Identify and implement AI-based solutions to improve lead scoring, routing, personalized messaging, and rep productivity.

  • End-to-End Data Flow: Ensure clean, actionable data across the funnel by architecting integrations that unify customer data and improve decision-making.

  • Reporting & Dashboards: Partner with GTM leaders to build dashboards and surface insights that drive strategy and action.

  • Tool Stewardship: Vet, manage, and document tool usage across the GTM stack. You’re the go-to expert for operational excellence.

Who You Are

  • 6+ years of experience operating in a GTM function

  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including building flows, custom objects, validation rules, and automation.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Customer.io)

  • Systems thinker: You understand how tools, data, and workflows intersect and can design elegant systems that scale.

  • Operator’s mindset: You’re obsessed with efficiency, root-cause problem solving, and driving measurable outcomes.

  • Builder by nature: You can architect from scratch, not just maintain. You’re excited to create order out of ambiguity.

  • Technically curious: Comfortable with HTML/CSS, GTM, and willing to dive deeper into technical topics like APIs, Zapier, or Segment.

  • Collaborative partner: You work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and external vendors to drive results.

  • Data-driven: You ask the right questions and seek insights to inform prioritization and optimization.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with product-led growth tooling and customer lifecycle automations

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup or founding role within RevOps or GTM Engineering

Salary Range Details:

The total compensation (cash + equity) range for this role is $100,000 - $200,000 based on market data and the scope of responsibilities. For exceptionally qualified candidates, we’re open to adjusting compensation accordingly. We offer a highly competitive equity package designed to ensure you share meaningfully in the long-term success and upside of the business.
