Responsibilities:
- Draft offer letters and other personnel documentation.
- Answer HR related inquiries from employees.
- Manage the execution of engagement activities at Valera
- Lead the recruitment efforts on the corporate/support side at Valera.
- Perform orientations for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Accurately process employee changes - salary, job title, status, etc.
- Perform various audits - training status, I-9 compliance, complete profile information, Wage Acknowledgment forms, etc.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Precise data entry and thorough documentation skills
- The ability to stay focused and manage their time effectively while working remotely
- The ability to keep information confidential and to disseminate when appropriate
Required (Education/Experiences/Competencies):
- A minimum of four years of human resource experience.
- A minimum of two years of recruitment experience
- A minimum of one year using an HRIS
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred (Education/Experiences/Competencies):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least 1 year of experience using Paylocity
Salary based on experience and placement in role: HR Coordinator: $25-$30 an hour
