Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Mental Health Counselor Limited Permit (MHC-LP) to join our team as a fee-for-service therapist. This role involves providing individual therapy to an ethnically and culturally diverse population of children, adolescents, and adults. Weekly supervision by a seasoned therapist with over 10 years of experience will be provided to support your professional growth and licensure advancement.
This is a full-time, W-2 position requiring 37-40+ client sessions per week. The role offers flexibility with remote, hybrid, or in-person work options at our Dumbo, Brooklyn, or Staten Island locations.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality individual therapy to clients across diverse age groups and backgrounds.

Maintain accurate and timely client records using digital platforms (Slack, Gmail, online calendar systems).

Participate in weekly supervision to enhance clinical skills and accrue hours toward LCSW licensure.

Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure exceptional client care.

Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity to issues of race, religion, disability, and gender.
Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Work.

Valid New York State LMSW or LP MHC.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in digital tools (Slack, Gmail, online calendars) for client management.

Commitment to culturally sensitive and inclusive practice.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $50 per 55-minute session / $40 per 45-minute session.
