Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure smooth service, drive financial performance, cultivate a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

• Manage all front- and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless daily service.

• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards across all areas.

• Quickly resolve operational challenges to maintain service flow and guest satisfaction.

Team Management

• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule team members to meet service standards and labor goals.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to create a positive and high-energy work environment.

• Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.

Financial Oversight

• Monitor and manage budgets, cost of goods, labor, and other key financial metrics.

• Analyze sales reports, forecast business needs, and implement cost-control initiatives.

• Collaborate with ownership or leadership team to develop strategies to maximize profitability.

Guest Experience

• Ensure exceptional guest service is delivered consistently.

• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and urgency.

• Maintain a guest-first culture and drive repeat business through memorable experiences.

Inventory & Vendor Management

• Oversee food and beverage inventory, supply ordering, and vendor relationships.

• Implement waste-reduction initiatives and maintain accurate stock levels.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.

• Proven ability to manage P&L, control costs, and achieve financial targets.

• Deep understanding of food safety practices and health code compliance.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Tech-savvy and familiar with modern POS systems, scheduling platforms, and restaurant management tools.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or business preferred.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds, bend, stretch, and be physically present in all restaurant areas.

• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Schedule:

• Day shift & night shift

• Monday through Friday

• Weekends & holidays required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $95,000 – $125,000 annually
