Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure smooth service, drive financial performance, cultivate a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of strong leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership

Manage all front- and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless daily service.

Enforce safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards across all areas.

Quickly resolve operational challenges to maintain service flow and guest satisfaction.
Team Management

Recruit, hire, train, and schedule team members to meet service standards and labor goals.

Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to create a positive and high-energy work environment.

Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
Financial Oversight

Monitor and manage budgets, cost of goods, labor, and other key financial metrics.

Analyze sales reports, forecast business needs, and implement cost-control initiatives.

Collaborate with ownership or leadership team to develop strategies to maximize profitability.
Guest Experience

Ensure exceptional guest service is delivered consistently.

Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and urgency.

Maintain a guest-first culture and drive repeat business through memorable experiences.
Inventory & Vendor Management

Oversee food and beverage inventory, supply ordering, and vendor relationships.

Implement waste-reduction initiatives and maintain accurate stock levels.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5 years of progressive restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.

Proven ability to manage P&L, control costs, and achieve financial targets.

Deep understanding of food safety practices and health code compliance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-savvy and familiar with modern POS systems, scheduling platforms, and restaurant management tools.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or business preferred.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds, bend, stretch, and be physically present in all restaurant areas.

Valid driver’s license preferred.
Schedule:

Day shift & night shift

Monday through Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary: $95,000 – $125,000 annually
