- Interface Configuration: Configure and maintain Mirth Connect channels-build transformation mappings, troubleshoot routing errors, and optimize message throughput. Implement and validate HL7 interfaces for lab systems, billing, and clinical workflows. Configure Rosetta integration platform to facilitate data exchange with external vendors.
- Monitoring, Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Proactive Monitoring: Use SolarWinds DPA and application-level monitoring tools to identify trends or anomalies. Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to remediate identified issues.
- Planned & Unplanned Maintenance: Perform off-hours and weekend maintenance windows for system upgrades, patches, and unplanned triage. Maintain and update runbooks for standard operating procedures and incident response.

- Collaboration & Documentation
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, network/IT administrators, QA testers, and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and refine workflows.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including system configurations, integration mappings, database schemas, and user guides. Develop training materials and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for IT staff and end users.
