The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Account Manager with 3–5 years of experience to drive growth within our existing client base. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell, and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of clients.

Develop a deep understanding of client needs and business goals to identify expansion opportunities.

Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives by introducing additional products, features, and services.

Partner with the Customer Success and Product teams to ensure continued client satisfaction.

Regularly meet with client stakeholders to deliver business reviews, gather feedback, and position new solutions.
Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, and customer success.

Background in fintech, SaaS, or technology solutions servicing private equity, investment banking, or M&A advisory firms.

Proven track record of upselling, cross-selling, and hitting growth targets.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.

Ability to understand complex client workflows and position technology solutions effectively.
