Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Rental Sales Agent to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a seamless rental experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customers' needs and recommend the appropriate equipment for their rental
- Process rental transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized rental area
- Inspect and maintain rental equipment to ensure it is in good condition
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide customers with accurate information
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and ordering supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Passion for sports and knowledge of different types of sports equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
