Job DescriptionAbout the Role
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Entry Level Sales& to support in-person sales at our retail locations, promotional pop-ups, and special events. In this role, you’ll interact directly with customers, answer product questions, and assist the sales team in driving on-the-spot purchases and lead capture.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage customers at retail locations or event booths in a professional and approachable manner

Assist shoppers with product information, pricing, and promotional details

Help guide customers through the sales process and answer any questions

Process sales transactions using POS systems (training provided)

Support brand awareness by maintaining product knowledge and communicating key messaging

Assist in setting up and breaking down displays or sales stations at events (light lifting may be required)

Track and report on daily sales performance or customer inquiries to the team lead

Coordinate with the on-site sales team to ensure smooth operations and an excellent customer experience

Represent the brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong sense of service
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Previous experience in retail, event sales, or customer-facing roles preferred

Strong verbal communication and people skills

Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Must be authorized to work in the United States and available to work on-site
