Responsibilities
Content Management for Measurement for Marketers (MFM) and Cross-Media Measurement (CMM):

  • Create and edit content around the Measurement for Marketers practice, including blog posts, Q&A interviews with measurement executives, as well as other original content and articles.
  • Produce all documents and promotional materials for the Measurement for Marketers practice and the Cross-Media Measurement initiative, including Board materials, industry presentation decks, white papers, fact sheets, FAQs, one-pagers, measurement blogs, social thumbnails and other content as needed.
  • Capture complex technical elements in a clear and concise manner, to be communicated to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the production and maintenance of MFM and CMM content:
    • Create and maintain a production timeline based on the MFM and CMM business plans.
    • Coordinate with MFM and CMM teams to ensure timely creation of input to create material, review/edit content, and support final delivery.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a steady flow of content creation.
    • Attend relevant ANA events to capture measurement insights (some travel required).
    • Other projects as required.
  • Serve as liaison to the ANA’s marketing team on promotion for all products and services.

Event Management - Measurement for Marketers (MFM):

  • Support the planning and execution of all events, products and services within the Measurement for Marketers portfolio:
    • Multi-day National Industry Conference
    • Member-Only One-Day Conferences
    • Committee Meetings
    • Webinars for MFM and Measurement Partners
  • Provide event programming support, including the curation of speakers, collection of speaker titles/abstracts, schedule management, and coordination with ANA conference team.
  • Provide logistical support as needed including venue management, catering, badges, audio visual requirements, etc.
  • Manage and execute the practice webinar series, liaising with webinar teaching experts inclusive of scheduling and managing Adobe Rooms process; with stakeholders, explore repurposing of webinars for distribution to broader ANA membership.
  • Manage relationships with Measurement Partners, working closely with the ANA’s sponsorship team to ensure fulfillment of deliverables.
  • Support Measurement and Accountability committee (quarterly meetings)
    • Liaise with the Committee co-chairs
    • Execute a portfolio of special projects guided by the committee (e.g., support in creation and distribution of deliverables, reports)

Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution plus a minimum of 3-5 years of agency, client-side marketing, media or other relevant prior work experience
  • Experience at a digital agency, analytics agency, data provider and/or measurement organization would be an added plus
  • Working knowledge (or willingness to learn about) topical areas, e.g., measurement, media, digital and data-driven marketing
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. (light travel activity)

Salary and Total Rewards Package:
Starting pay range: $90,000 to $100,000, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
