About the Role:

As a Warehouse Associate at Custom Courier Solutions in Rochester, NY, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within our warehouse operations. Your efforts will directly impact the accuracy and timeliness of order fulfillment, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining organized inventory, performing quality checks, and collaborating with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols. Ultimately, your contribution will support the seamless flow of products through the supply chain, reinforcing our commitment to reliable courier solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret shipping documents.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer skills including data entry and use of handheld scanning devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and report discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.


Part time.

Saturdays: 7am - 2pm

Pay: $17.00 per. hour
