Restaurant Manager responsibilities include:

Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence

Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management

Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations

Manage labor costs, inventory, and financial performance to maximize profitability

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that aligns with company values

Address customer feedback and concerns professionally to enhance guest satisfaction

Restaurant Manager candidates must possess:

Minimum of 1 year of management experience in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Understanding of restaurant financials, including labor and food cost management
