Job DescriptionEstablished mid-sized insurance defense law firm is recruiting for a Part-Time Bilingual Assistant/ Translator to join its growing support team in its White Plains office. This is an exciting opportunity at a growing law firm with a congenial and collaborative culture.
Responsibilities:
· Translate Spanish/English (spoken and written; must be able to interpret professionally)
· Maintain organized case files
· Answer multi-line phones and direct calls appropriately
· Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or paralegal certificate (or pursuing), a plus but not required · Strong organizational, writing and communication skills· Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
