Required:
- Minimum 5 years of proven outbound sales experience (field-based, B2B or service industry strongly preferred).
- Hunter mentality — you thrive on chasing new business.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to conduct on-site inspections and confidently interact with commercial clients.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot experience a plus).
- Must reside in New York (5 Boroughs, Nassau, or Suffolk County).
Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales & Prospecting:
- Identify and target new commercial business opportunities within your territory.
- Build and maintain a powerful sales pipeline through walk-ins, networking, and leveraging relationships.
- Conduct in-person site visits to assess client needs, perform inspections, and build trust quickly.
Field Visits & Client Engagement:
- Visit prospects regularly to conduct inspections and demonstrate the value of the client's pest management solutions.
- Present persuasive proposals and customized service plans.
- Maintain consistent follow-up to convert leads into long-term partners.
Sales Strategy & Deal Closure:
- Craft compelling proposals that solve real client problems.
- Negotiate contracts that align client needs with company goals.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery post-sale.
Industry Expertise:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and local pest control regulations.
- Use industry knowledge to differentiate Select as the top commercial pest control provider.
- Pest control experience is a plus—but not required for top-tier agents.
