Job Title: Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant

Department: Learning & Development

Location: New York City; on-site 5 days per week


Role Overview:

The L&D Consultant is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful onboarding and development programs across the business. This role ensures new hires receive a consistent, engaging learning experience and supports their ongoing growth through coaching, workshops, and performance-focused training supporting individual growth and driving organizational success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deliver and continuously refine training pathways across multiple levels and departments, following TRG talent development structure and best practices. (IGAM, E-Learning, facilitation methods)
  • Provide deskside coaching, feedback, and performance insights to new starters and their managers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning aligns with business goals.
  • Design and update learning content using best practices (IGAM, eLearning, facilitation methods).
  • Train and support users on systems including Phoenix, Elevate, Power BI & LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Analyze learning data to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Follows structured plans, meets deadlines with support, and manages simple task lists and schedules.
  • Independently prioritizes tasks, adapts to shifting priorities, and manages training schedules.
  • Aligns team goals with organizational objectives, delegates effectively, anticipates challenges, and tracks team progress.
  • Develops long-term strategies, aligns departmental goals with company vision, adapts plans flexibly, and optimizes resources.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in Sales L&D or Recruitment.
  • Solid Understanding of recruitment workflows and systems.
  • Experience in creating and/or delivering sales based or recruitment training.


Compensation Range:

  • $45,000 - $56,000 annual base salary
  • Potential 10% annual bonus dependent on company and individual performance
