Job Title: IVR Chatbot Developer (Genesys Cloud CX)
Location-Type: Remote (must work EST hours)
Start Date Is: Late August/Early September
Duration: 9–12 months (contract)
Compensation Range: $55-65/hr on W2 ONLY! (no c2c)
Job Description:
Support the development of IVR and chatbot solutions using Genesys Cloud CX to enhance multi-channel customer service capabilities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Design and develop IVR/chatbot solutions using Genesys Cloud CX

Implement and optimize self-service and omnichannel orchestration workflows

Integrate voice and non-voice channels (SMS, chat, email, etc.)

Work within a remote team environment, aligning with EST hours

Collaborate on solution delivery and ensure alignment with customer treatment strategies
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
3–5 years of application development experience with Genesys Cloud CX
-
Hands-on experience with IVR, chat, SMS, voice bot, and other non-voice channels
-
Strong XML skills
-
Genesys Cloud CX certification in one or more focused areas (e.g., Inbound, Multi-channel, Reporting)

Experience with Amazon Lex
