Job DescriptionSalary: $115,000-140,000 per year
We are seeking a tech-savvy Solutions Consultant to join our Sales team. In this role, you will drive the successful adoption of GAN solutions by supporting a value-based, consultative style of solution selling, delivering targeted value-based solution demos, and providing hands-on proof of value and proof of concept for enterprise opportunities.
Through your deep product knowledge, expertise in how companies use and deploy SaaS applications, and well-versed understanding of the compliance market domain, as well as technical objection handling in customer interactions, youll support our Sales and Customer Success teams.
You will be responsible for understanding our customers problems, domain, systems, and workflows, seamlessly integrating our platform with their systems, and architecting how our platform fits within their business processes and ecosystem.
Responsibilities include;
- Supporting sales and customer success by understanding our prospective customers' pain points, workflows, and systems to scope how best to configure our platform.
- Provide technical and domain expertise to support customers throughout their journey.
- Support our sales team by being responsible for delivering product demos and/or enabling our Sales team to deliver these demos and technical presentations.
- Manage all customer RFI, RFP, and IT Security assessment processes.
- Manage Proof of Value and "Proof of Concept" evaluations in conjunction with enterprise opportunities.
- Meeting with customers as needed to gather requirements and feedback - potentially on-site if required.
- Being a trusted advisor to colleagues and customers alike.
- Contribute new feature requests and be a conduit for prospect feedback.
- Consistently contribute knowledge and skills to the Sales and Customer Success Teams.
- Identify process improvements to make our successes consistent and repeatable.
- Timely documentation in customer management systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a sales engineer, solution consultant, or a similar role in the ethics & compliance industry.
- Experience and ability to interpret complex business challenges and communicate technical requirements, as well as address technical questions.
- General understanding of APIs, web technology, and how software works.
- Proficient with CRM systems and a variety of sales tools.
- Strong project and process management skills - experience with RFP/RFI processes is a significant advantage.
- Experience with GRC Software / SaaS and GRC use case, and how businesses may implement technology to ease the burden of compliance requirements
- Experience with creating custom demos from scratch that mirror a customer's needs.
- Experience interacting with C-level customers.
- Excellent communication and solution presentation skills.
- A proactive attitude and a self-starter mindset. Willing to jump in anywhere to solve challenges and support opportunities using product and sales knowledge.
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to handle multiple projects on an ongoing basis, where complexities and requirements vary.
