Role Overview:
As aSocial Media Community Specialist, you are the front line of ToYous brand on public platforms. Youll handle public messages, engage positively with our community, and escalate complaints when necessary. Your role is critical in building trust, loyalty, and excitement around the ToYou experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to comments and mentions across platforms (X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
- Handle inquiries and questions with accurate and helpful responses.
- Identify and escalate public complaints to the relevant internal teams promptly.
- Support community outreach efforts and social activations.
- Maintaining the overall sentiment and the brands health.
- Ensure compliance with internal SLAs and maintain quality, tone, and speed in responses.

- Track sentiment and flag trends or risks to the relevant parties.
- Developing, creating and publishing scripts/captions/content if required.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in customer experience, community management, or social media moderation.
- Strong written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.
- Computer literate, MS Office (Word, excel, and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, or similar is a plus
- Deep understanding of Saudi social media culture and tone.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments and multitask across platforms.
- Comfortable working in a monthly rotating shifts, and weekends.
- Proactive approach and ability to work in a team environment.
